A Little About
Myself.

Learn More
It is my experience that creative processes, relationship building and working with sensory modalities can offer great therapeutic and healing potential, supporting self-awareness and provide opportunities to cultivate self-regulation. This approach is indispensable,  as it gives us insight into our own strengths and potential.   My goal is to support and guide individuals through the process of developing a positive relationship with themselves by developing self-awareness and confidence in the hopes that they will grow to identify their own unique strengths and use them to enrich their individual contribution to the world. I specialize in working with children and adolescents with diverse needs and strengths.
